JAOR
is the highly acclaimed ultimate software for computer control and
management of the AOR 8200 MkI, MkII and MKIII Radio Scanner. The software allows
full function control, memory management, configuration and remote access of
the radio from a standard PC running Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000 or XP.
The software also improves upon the usability of the radio in most areas since
space is not a limitation and the amount of functions at the users disposal
is never more than a few clicks away - limited only by the radio itself. The
software was developed with 'usability' in mind - encompassing the more important
features of the radio all in one package.
The latest version of JAOR includes a host of modules to enhance your usage
of the AR8200. Full database style memory management module (including
merge, web grab, ARC Import etc), Search Banks editor module, Write
Protection editor, Smart Scan, Auto Duplex, Auto Power off, Variable Rate Tuning
Slider and for the more adventurous, Full Networking capabilities.
Control AND listen to your, or anybody else's AR8200 from anywhere in the world
where a net connection is available! - complete with Messenger style
messaging between Client and Host, password protection
and full configuration. (Listening to your radio while at work
may upset your boss - but is now possible!) Record JUST the
audio that your radio receives - none of the dead air. Our Audio / Playback
module even removes the 'non-audio' between the 'pips', and produces very small,
yet superb quality audio files.
The comms section facilitates up to Comm Port 8 at both 9,600 and 19,200 Baud and has many built in error corrections to allow for different interface cables etc. It will even find your radio if you are unsure of your settings!
Memory Editor Only?
For those not requiring all the
bells & whistles of the full JAOR and only need a memory editor
for their radio, we have the JAOR ME (Memory Editor) at less
than half the price of the full version. The small brother of JAOR offers 4
modules from the full version for the purpose of memory management - Memory
Editor, Scan Bank Editor, Select Scan & Pass Frequency Editor and Quick

computer interaction you desire.
